Hi Gang,

We finished up our fishing days in the Lower Zone yesterday and are currently heading North in 2 foot seas and 10 knots of wind out of the NNW. The group enjoyed sleeping in and our breakfast this morning was banana pancakes and bacon. I definitely cannot say that this trip was perfect weather and biting fish the whole time as we had to deal with wind and rain the first part of our fishing days down below. We dealt with the weather, we dealt with less than ideal fishing conditions, we had some opportunities along the way, as well as our weather improved towards the end and it was down right nice for a few days. When it was all said and done, we put together a nice trip. We managed to pick up a number of fish over the 200# mark, we had decent shots at fish in the 100# to 160# class, we caught some wahoo, and we had a lot of laughs along the way. Our chefs Brian and Kyle did a spectacular job putting out amazing food all trip. This group had a good time, even in the midst of some adverse weather. We are going to stop to fish on the way home to break up the ride. Thanks for checking in, Captain Bill Cavanaugh and the Intrepid Team
